Quarantine has lifted just in time to bring us some beautiful spring images. I’m working extra hours to get Senior Pictures done in time to send out announcements.
Here are a few images from last spring. Oh the days when we could gather in large groups and no one was quarantined – good times, good times. This is the Sterling and Lisa Bingham family. Lisa is my amazing sister! The Capitol Bldg in Salt Lake is popular in the spring, and there were at least 200 people on the grounds this night, all of us trying to capture the blossoms without being in someone else’s family picture:)
So as usual I’ve been too busy to blog, but I have been working on a new project I’m excited about! It’s my new Headshot Studio. You can check it out at www.utahheadshot.com
It’s only $88 for a new professional headshot, and that includes your favorite image retouched.
It’s perfect for your LinkedIn update, new job search, updated resume and just about anything else.
Black and white studio images are some of my favorites. They seem more real and intimate – not like the butterface airbrushed pictures you see flooding Facebook. I have a new 700 square foot studio in Syracuse that is perfect for headshots and large families. Give me a call to update your resume, LinkedIn profile, or social media.
This beautiful portrait took me several months to finish! Not because I’m slow, but because several family members live out of state so I photographed each group when they came to Utah over the course of several months. Once I had all the individual images I went to work digitally creating this beautiful 46 inch portrait!
I get a lot of questions about who I recommend for a videographer. There is some great talent out there, but I’m happy to recommend Ashton at V.LUX Media. Take a look at this demo and you’ll see why he’s amazing! He books out in advance like I do, so contact him today!

Many people put off family pictures in the winter because they worry they won’t look good. To be honest, snowy family pictures are some of my favorites – even though I can’t stand the cold:) The key is focusing on a truly great arrangement. I photographed this awesome family during freezing temps. The whole session was about 40 minutes from start to finish, and look at the amazing images!
Yes, my blogging skills are pathetic, but wouldn’t you rather have an amazing photographer than an amazing blogger:)
To kick off the crazy wedding-booking season I thought I’d post a few fun snow pictures from an engagement session this week. If you are one of the lucky couples who became engaged for Christmas give me a call ASAP before the most popular dates are gone!
I get asked a lot, “How much less for the wedding package if we don’t need an engagement session?”
Then the next month they say, “Soooo, we just saw the pictures our friend took for our engagement session. How much to add one back in to your package?”
It’s hard to beat a professional engagement session. You want someone who knows lighting, posing, and how to make you look your best.
Check out this amazingly great looking couple!
