Robert Wood Photography was started in a tiny basement studio and dark room. Robert scheduled appointments after his full time job, then he would develop the film and prints in his own darkroom. Because of our decades of experience with film, we don’t have the attitude of “fix it in Photoshop.” Of course we use software to retouch faces and make you look your best! But we don’t rely on computers and overused filters that make you look fake. We strive to get it right in the camera…the first time.

Robert retired in 2007, but Chris kept the family name since he has now photographed 3 generations of Utah families and weddings! Chris does all the photography, so you can be assured you won’t have a newbie show up to your wedding or family session. He also does the retouching to make sure you look your absolute best!
